Synopsis
After an enormous solar flare destroys nearly all technology and the world erupts into chaos. factions war over the way forward. Against this backdrop, Adolfo encounters an abandoned warehouse in which two holograms (Charles and Louise) play out a story, fractured by damage to the machinery. He's content to stay there until discovered by Angela, a member of a cult dedicated to returning the earth to a pristine state. She too, finds the holograms interesting, but insists they be destroyed. Adolfo, meanwhile, becomes more untethered as he longs for the world the Charles and Louise inhabit.
